Online Photoshoot Booking Policy for Imifanekiso Online Introduction: At Imifanekiso Online, we strive to make your booking experience as smooth and enjoyable as your photoshoot. Our online booking policy is designed to provide clarity and convenience for our clients. Please review the following terms to understand how we manage online bookings for photoshoots. Booking Process: Scheduling: Photoshoots can be scheduled via our online booking platform on www.imifanekiso.online. Available dates and times are shown in real-time. Service Selection: Clients can select from various photoshoot options, including kids' birthdays, family shoots, and model profiling. Personal Details: Clients are required to provide accurate personal information for the booking process, including contact details. Deposit and Payment: Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This amount will be specified during the booking process. Final Payment: The balance is due on or before the day of the photoshoot. Payment methods will be outlined on our website. Cancellation and Rescheduling: Cancellation by Client: If you need to cancel your booking, please do so at least 48 hours before the scheduled time to avoid additional charges. Deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your photoshoot once, at no extra cost, if done at least 24 hours before the appointment. Subsequent rescheduling may incur additional fees. Cancellation by Imifanekiso Online: In rare cases of unforeseen circumstances or photographer unavailability, we reserve the right to cancel bookings. In such cases, clients will be offered a reschedule or a full refund. Late Arrivals and No-Shows: Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in reduced photoshoot time. No-Shows: Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notification will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Use of Images: Rights: Imifanekiso Online reserves the right to use images from photoshoots for promotional purposes, unless otherwise requested by the client. Privacy: We respect your privacy. Personal information and images will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Liability: Imifanekiso Online is not responsible for any personal injury or damage to personal property during the photoshoot. Acceptance of Terms: By completing an online booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
