Booking Process: Scheduling: Photoshoots can be scheduled via our online booking platform on www.imifanekiso.online. Available dates and times are shown in real-time. Service Selection: Clients can select from various photoshoot options, including kids' birthdays, family shoots, and model profiling. Personal Details: Clients are required to provide accurate personal information for the booking process, including contact details. Deposit and Payment: Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This amount will be specified during the booking process. Final Payment: The balance is due on or before the day of the photoshoot. Payment methods will be outlined on our website. Cancellation and Rescheduling: Cancellation by Client: If you need to cancel your booking, please do so at least 48 hours before the scheduled time to avoid additional charges. Deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your photoshoot once, at no extra cost, if done at least 24 hours before the appointment. Subsequent rescheduling may incur additional fees. Cancellation by Imifanekiso Online: In rare cases of unforeseen circumstances or photographer unavailability, we reserve the right to cancel bookings. In such cases, clients will be offered a reschedule or a full refund. Late Arrivals and No-Shows: Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in reduced photoshoot time. No-Shows: Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notification will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
